Immediate Performance: The delivery of your digital content and game access credentials begins immediately upon successful payment processing.
Forfeiture of Refund Right: Once our system has successfully transmitted the digital delivery confirmation containing the access details to your registered email address, the transaction is considered fully executed. You explicitly waive and forfeit your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, and your purchase becomes non-refundable.
Exceptions Where Refunds May Apply
We understand that technical anomalies can occasionally occur. We will issue a refund only under the following limited and verified circumstances:
Non-Delivery Due to System Error: If you completed your payment, but due to a technical error on our part, our system fails to transmit your digital access credentials, and our support team is unable to deliver the access manually within a reasonable timeframe following your report.
Double Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway processing glitch. In this case, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge upon verification.

Refund Processing

Once the refund is processed by our system, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement, depending entirely on your card issuer’s policies.
